National Cheese Lover's Day!

Apologies for the late notice, but I was just informed of this most joyous of occassions!  I can't believe we don't get the day off for this...it is officially National Cheese Lover's Day!

Not sure why, not sure how, not sure if in fact it has been ratified by congress or just a marketing ploy, but I don't care!  Here's to you cheese lovers!
